The Philippines’ Executive Order No. 86 authorises a Digital Nomad Visa for foreign nationals who work remotely using digital technology for clients or employers outside the Philippines. It would be valid for up to one year and renewable once for a further year, but no live government application channel or issuing procedure is yet operational.
